Natural Movement is a fitness practice based on the idea of training through movement. We as humans evolved to move as a necessity of life but the human experience has changed. Many of these movements have become neglected. We no longer need to run, jump, climb, or crawl to survive. MovNat believes that these practices can help us thrive.
