What is MTS+?
MovNat Training Sessions are workouts designed to teach and condition your body through Natural Movement. At it's core, MTS+ is a Workout of the Day style program with new workouts every week. This style of program is great for busy schedules or as a compliment to other programs too. We provide six sessions every week; three each at beginner and intermediate levels.​
